Africa Mid Atlantic 2025 was born from the collaboration of two experienced professionals in the fields of education, economics, university management, and international cooperation. This alliance aims to offer language training programs with high-level academic support, adapted to the specific needs of the African continent.

AHMADOU ALY MBAYE

Doctor of Economics, former Rector of the University of Dakar and International Advisor

Ahmadou Aly Mbaye is a leading figure in African academia. A former rector of Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, one of the continent's most prestigious universities, he has also worked as a researcher and advisor in the fields of economic development, higher education, and public policy.

He is the author of numerous academic publications and regularly collaborates with international organizations such as the World Bank, to which he contributes his expertise on development in Africa. His institutional leadership and global network constitute a fundamental pillar of the project.

JOSE LUIS ARTILES

International education consultant, director of intercontinental educational projects

José Luis Artiles has led language training and educational management projects in Europe, Latin America, and Africa. With strategic vision and extensive experience building institutional partnerships, he has worked as an academic advisor, international program coordinator, and teacher trainer.

Founder of www.joseluisartiles.com , he has developed numerous initiatives in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language, academic mobility and professional training. His approach combines pedagogical innovation and in-depth knowledge of the African context.

We began with language education in Senegal and Mauritania.
Our goal is to expand our educational offering across West Africa.
